Sometimes things just work out...

My husband plays electric guitar in the band at our church. On Saturday, he had to go in early for practice, so I decided to bring my camera case and try out my new lens while I waited for the church service to start. I was quickly falling in love with the lens as I shot some pictures of the flowers in the parking-lot, when I heard another car pull up. I turned around to see Suzie, a singer in the band, who had talked about setting up a time to take some photos of her daughter. The timing couldn't have been better. With Suzie Q. in the car, my camera around my neck, and ample time before the service, we decided to take some photos on the spot. And I'm so happy we did!!
