AND...I have recently fallen head-over-heels in love with photography. I am in love with how a photo can capture the little details and the special moments in everyday life. I love how a great photo can tell a story and create a connection in a single glance. As a photographer, I want my photos to tell authentic stories that will make your heart smile. I want to capture the infectious laughter, the tender moments, and even the occasional sass; I want my photos to capture the things that you love about your family.
- The Photo-shoot -
Above all, I want the photo-shoot to be relaxed and fun. Instead of formal shots in a studio, I let my clients pick a location meaningful to their family. Anywhere from your favorite beach to a local park to your living room, the best locations let you to be comfortable and encourage you to be "you".
Your session will typically last two hours and during that time I will be clicking away on my camera nearly non-stop. While I may suggest some poses during the shoot, I prefer to capture un-posed shots of your kids at play. After the session, I will generally edit about 40 high-res images from the shoot to provide to you on a disc. I will deliver the disc within two weeks after the shoot...but I always love providing "sneak peaks" on my blog before the disc is sent.
